today announced that its board of trustees has declared the regular quarterly dividend on HPT's Series C Cumulative Redeemable Preferred Shares. A distribution of $0.4375 per Series C preferred share is payable on or about February 15, 2011, to holders of record at the close of business on January 31, 2011.
