CACI International Inc CACI announced today that it has signed a definitive agreement to acquire Applied Systems Research, Inc.. This acquisition complements CACI's recently announced intent to acquire TechniGraphics, Inc., furthering its growth in the geospatial and technical intelligence disciplines. Closing is anticipated on November 1, 2010.
