Gushan Environmental Jumps 40% Today (GU)

Shares of Gushan Environmental Energy Limited (NYSE: GU) were among the biggest winners today, gaining nearly 40%
on the news that China's Finance Ministry decided to exempt pure biodiesel from consumption taxes and made the decision retroactive to January of last year.

Shares gained $1.50 today to close at $5.34, a gain of 39%.
