Jim Cramer Gives His Opinion On Ferrari and MGM Resorts

Jim Cramer said on CNBC's "Mad Money" that Ferrari N.V. RACE is a good stock. He recommended it as a buy at $50 and he wants to hold the stock at the current price level.

Cramer would hold MGM Resorts International MGM, but he wouldn't buy more at $32. Traders who buy it at $32 are paying a little bit of a premium, thinks Cramer.
