Najarian Brothers See Unusual Options Activity In Alibaba And Walgreens

On CNBC's Fast Money Halftime Report, Jon Najarian said he noticed unusually high bullish options activity in Alibaba Group Holding Ltd BABA. Over 10,000 contracts of the February 95 calls were traded and buyers paid around $1.50 for these options. The trade breaks even at $96.50 or 10.45 percent higher. Jon Najarian owns calls in Alibaba and he is planning to hold them for a month.

Pete Najarian noticed bullish options activity in Walgreens Boots Alliance Inc WBA. He explained that traders were aggressively buying the April 85 calls and around 3,600 contracts were traded at $4 in the first half of the trading session. The trade breaks even at $89 or 6.47 percent above current market price. Pete Najarian hasn't yet bought calls in Walgreens, but he is planning to buy them.
