On CNBC's Fast Money Halftime Report, Jon Najarian spoke about bullish options activity in Twitter Inc TWTR. He said that traders were aggressively buying the March 21 calls and they pushed the premium up to $1.25. The trade breaks even at $22.25 or approximately 16.5 percent higher.
Najarian decided to follow the trade, but instead of buying only a call, he bought a call spread in Twitter.
Pete Najarian noticed that options traders were buying the February 60 calls in Microsoft Corporation MSFT in the morning session on Wednesday. Around 11,000 contracts were traded and they paid $2.40 for it. Pete Najarian owns the stock and he added to his position on Wednesday.
