Fast Money Halftime Report Traders Share Their Thoughts On Nike

On CNBC's Fast Money Halftime Report, Jon Najarian said he bought call options in Nike Inc NKE on Tuesday. He noticed some aggressive buying of the 55 strike calls on Monday and he also noticed the 56 strike calls were very active on Tuesday. He added that traders were also selling the front month 56.5 calls, which in his opinion means that they expect the stock to move higher, but not sharply higher.

Pete Najarian commented on increasing competition in the sector and he said that Adidas is gaining the market share. He believes the valuation is a little bit expensive and he thinks that Nike is fairly priced right now.

Stephanie Link also thinks the valuation is a little bit rich and she decided to exit her positions in the athletic leisure space.

The company is going to report earnings after the bell on Tuesday.
