Dan Nathan's iShares MSCI Emerging Markets Indx (ETF) Trade

On CNBC's Options Action, Dan Nathan suggested a bearish options strategy in iShares MSCI Emerging Markets Indx (ETF) EEM. Nathan thinks that the emerging markets are going to get hurt if the Fed decides to raise interest rates. He added that if Fed doesn't raise interest rates it is going to be because of weak global growth, which will also put iShares MSCI Emerging Markets Indx (ETF) under pressure. To make a bearish trade Nathan wants to buy the December 35 put for $0.90 and sell the December 32 put for $0.20. The put spread would cost him $0.70 and he can make maximally $2.30 if the iShares MSCI Emerging Markets Indx (ETF) trades below $32 at the December expiration. The break even for the trade is at $34.30.
