Karen Finerman said that Burlington Stores Inc BURL fell 8.42 percent after it missed earnings expectations. Pete Najarian explained that Hovnanian Enterprises, Inc. HOV missed on earnings and the stock fell 9.94 percent. He would stay away from the stock. Guy Adami would buy the weakness in T-Mobile US Inc TMUS. The stock fell 1.73 percent on Tuesday.
