On CNBC's Options Action, Mike Khouw analyzed trading action in Whole Foods Market, Inc. WFM. He said that three times the average daily call options volume was traded in the name and the April 55 call options were the most active.
Traders paid around $1 for the April 55 calls setting the break even for the trade at $56 or approximately 4 percent higher in the next 30 days. Khouw also noticed some activity in the April 57.5 calls.
The stock is not loved by the Wall Street and there are no obvious catalysts for the name in the next month, but Khouw thinks that sometimes it is more interesting to see options activity in the stocks without obvious catalysts.
