Brian Kelly was surprised with the earnings report posted by
D.R. Horton, Inc.DHI. The company posted better-than-expecting profit because it sold homes in the Dallas area, explained Kelly. He thinks that this strategy is not sustainable and the 5.54 percent move higher on Monday won't hold. Kelly would take the profits in the name.
