CNBC's Stock Pops & Drops From December 29

On CNBC's Stock Pops & Drops, Gordon Johnson commented on a 4.91 percent increase in price in Cliffs Natural Resources Inc CLF. He thinks that the stock is going to be a major underperformer in 2015 and he added that it is going to trade all the way to $1 from its current price of $6.62. Brian Kelly explained that Hertz Global Holdings, Inc. HTZ jumped 3.45 percent on the news that it is going to increase the price because of the costs of the fleet. Kelly thinks that demand for its services is high, but he would be a seller of the stock. Jon Najarian said that Ambarella Inc AMBA fell 3.40 percent on a downgrade by Needham. The stock closed at $54.04 and it managed to bounce $2 of its lows on Monday. Najarian believes that it is going to break $50 in early 2015. General Motors Company GM gained 2.58 percent on Monday, but Tim Seymour would rather buy Ford Motor Company F.
