His colleague, Peter Frac thinks that Eagle Materials EXP is a buy. He thinks that this stock is a secondary play on the housing recovery and he believes that there will be a pick up in spending. Joe Terranova is a buyer of The Wendy's WEN, which traded 1.25 percent higher. Tom Barrack of Colony Capital likes Simon Property Group SPG and The Walt Disney Company DIS. He finds both companies iconic and monopolistic. Josh Brown recommended a long position in United Parcel Service UPS because this is the best time seasonally to buy the stock. Last year it gained 22 percent going into the year end. Mike Murphy is a buyer of Micron Technology MU.
