Shares of Herbalife HLF have been hit hard Monday after activist investor Bill Ackman said in a CNBC interview that he plans to deliver a "deathblow" to the company in a presentation tomorrow.
Ackman called Herbalife the "largest public fraud" in terms of size and scope, and claims to have internal documents - for which the company is panicking - which will show the company is on the verge of collapse.
The presentation, which Ackman calls the most important of his career, is scheduled for 10 a.m.
Herbalife shares traded recently at $56.23, down 7.5 percent.
