Sean Egan to Appear on CNBC

Within the next few minutes, Sean Egan, president of ratings agency Egan-Jones, will appear on CNBC. Reportedly, he is going on TV to comment on the story that the SEC will charge him with intentionally making misleading statements in his firm's filings to become an NRSRO (nationally recognized statistical rating organization). Interestingly, Egan-Jones was the first NRSRO to downgrade the US's credit rating last summer, and has since downgraded it once more.
