Jon Najarian Is Watching Delcath Systems (DCTH) And Savient Pharmaceuticals (SVNT)

OptionsMonster.com co-founder Jon Najarian said on CNBC's Fast Money that he has spotted unusual options activity in the biotech space. He added that there was unusually high volume in October 8 and November 9 calls in Delcath Systems DCTH, and there are rumors that Bristol Myers Squibb Co. BMY could acquire Decalth (DCTH). He also noted that the October 23 calls in Savient Pharmaceuticals, Inc. SVNT also had a large volume. Jon Najarian explained that high activity in one sector is usually a sign that some company in the space will become a takeover target.
