Paul Schatz, president of Heritage Capital, shared his views about the current market scenario with CNBC.
He said that investors should expect the markets to rally during June through August. However, he warned that there could be “serious trouble” in the fall.
He said, “Taxes are going up next year and so on the surface, people are going to have less money to invest and less money in the economy. We’ve also got a municipal crisis coming on the horizon that no one’s talking about.”
He advised investors to invest in Gold. He said that Gold could reach $1500 by the end of this year.
