GBP/USD is trading at 1.2172, down 0.0065. The pair has extended the session losses, market talk about headline news and comments from U.K. policy makers is making the rounds. The U.K. National Institute of Economic and Social Research (NIESR) is scheduled to release U.K gross domestic product (GDP) estimates Thursday at 9:50 a.m. ET.
