USD/CAD Little Changed, Canadian Manufacturing PMI Improves

USD/CAD is trading at 1.3318, up 0.0006. The pair is trading in the middle of the session range. The RBC February Canadian manufacturing PMI (purchase manager survey) rose to 54.7 from 53.5 in January. The Bank of Canada (BOC) is scheduled to announce if there is any change to monetary policy at 10:00 a.m. ET.
