Coffee Futures Trading Higher

March New York Coffee is trading at 143.10, up 1.40 cents/lb. May New York Coffee is trading at 145.40, up 1.35 cents/lb. New York Coffee futures are trading higher after Wednesday's choppy trading day. Brazil's coffee exports during November totaled 2.78 million bags versus 3.24 million a year ago. Arabica coffee exports totaled 2.75 million versus 2.95 million a year ago. Robusta coffee exports totaled 28,390 bags versus 293,859 bags a year ago, the steep decline was due to the drought in Espirito Santo.
