Eurostat reported that year over year Euro area retail sales rose 2.4 percent in October versus a 1 percent rise in September, on the month Euro area retail sales rose 1.1 percent during October versus a 0.4 percent fall in September. Chatter about sellers near 1.0680 and buyers near 1.0580 is showing up.
