Sugar Futures Little Changed

March New York Sugar is trading at 20.23, up 0.04 cents/lb. New York Sugar futures are trading rangebound. Market chatter about nearby sugar supplies and weather for global sugar producing areas is making the rounds. India's agricultural officials reported that India's sugar production as of November 15th is about 787,000 tonnes versus 772,000 tonnes a year ago.
