Sugar Futures Little Changed

March New York Sugar is trading at 22.86, down 0.07 cents/lb. New York Sugar futures are trading rangebound. Market chatter about weather forecasts for Brazil's Center South sugar producing region and sugar production in Asia is making the rounds. Street estimates for Thailand sugarcane production is just under 94 million tonnes versus 2015-2016 production of 94 million tonnes.
