EUR/USD Little Changed After ECB Decision

EUR/USD is trading at 1.0983, down 0.0009. The pair is trading rangebound. Market talk about European Central Bank (ECB) monetary policy is making the rounds. The European Central Bank Governing Council left its benchmark refinancing rate at 0 percent. The ECB deposit rate and the lending rate were also left unchanged at minus 0.4 percent and 0.25 percent. ECB President Mario Draghi is scheduled to hold a news conference at 8:30 a.m. ET.
