USDA Export Sales, Beef and Pork The USDA reported today that beef weekly export sales for the period ending September 29th totaled 17,600 tonnes. Sales were up 31 percent from the previous week and up 56 percent versus the four week average. Pork sales totaled 21,300 tonnes, up 17 percent from the previous week and up 10 percent from the four week average.
