USD/CAD Trading Lower, Canadian GDP Steady

USD/CAD is trading at 1.3114, down 0.0039. The pair is trading choppy and at the session lows. Market chatter about global headline news and economic data is making the rounds. Statistics Canada reported that July real gross domestic product (GDP) was 0.5 percent versus 0.6 percent in the previous report. Statistics Canada data showed the nation's industrial producer prices (IPPI) fell 0.5 percent in August versus a rise of 0.2 percent in July. On the year IPPI was down 1.3 percent the same as July.
