Sugar Futures Trading Higher

October New York Sugar is trading at 22.90, up 0.36 cents/lb. March New York Sugar is trading at 23.34, up 0.22 cents/lb. Sugar futures are trading choppy just under the session highs. Market chatter about reports that Brazil's sugar cane productivity may decline in September as a result of dry weather during the growing season and the recent frost issues is making the rounds.
