Live Cattle Futures Plunge

October live cattle is trading at 104.50, down 2.65 cents/lb. December live cattle is trading at 104.22, down 2.70 cents/lb. February live cattle is trading at 104.60, down 2.72 cents/lb. Live cattle futures have plunged in rapid fashion. Market chatter about slack consumer demand and the upcoming USDA cattle on feed report due out after the close is making the rounds.
