AUD/USD Trading Higher, Unemployment Falls

AUD/USD is trading at 0.7697, up 0.0036. The pair the pair is trading a little under the session highs. Market chatter about global headline news and Australian economic data is making the rounds. Australia's Bureau of Statistics (ABS) reported that unemployment fell to 5.7 percent in July versus 5.8 percent in June. The Australian economy added 26,200 jobs versus 10,800 in June. The participation rate was unchanged at 64.9 percent.
