EUR/USD Trading Higher Ahead of Data

EUR/USD is trading at 1.1087, up 0.0021. The pair is trading in the middle of the session range as overseas traders prepare to wind down trading for the day. Market talk about money flows and economic data has kept both buyers and sellers active. The European Central Bank (ECB) is scheduled to announce results of the 2016 bank stress tests on Friday. France's INSEE is scheduled to release gross domestic product (GDP) at 1:30 a.m. ET and inflation data along with household consumption at 2:45 a.m. ET. Germany' Federal Statistical Office is scheduled to release retail sales at 2:00 a.m. ET. Italy's ISTAT is scheduled to release unemployment figures at 4:00 a.m. ET. Eurostat is scheduled to release gross domestic product (GDP), Inflation and Unemployment at 5:00 a.m. ET.
