S&P 500 index futures are trading lower by seven points at 2065.75 in Wednesday's session. In pre-market trading the index found resistance just above Tuesday's high (2074.50), reaching 2075 before turning lower.
So far, the index has found intra-day support at 2063.50 and is attempting to rally. All but two of the top 10 component of the index are in the red. The top gainer is General Electric GE shares which are trading higher by $0.12 at $31.40.
Leading the way on the downside is the index's top component, Apple Inc. AAPL shares which are trading lower $1 at $107.74.
