S&P 500 Index Futures Trading Lower In Volatile Session

S&P 500 index futures are trading lower by seven points at 2086.75 in Friday's session. A better-than-expected jobs report has the index under selling pressure. Off the open, the index found resistance just above Thursday's close (2094), reaching 2096.25 before turning lower. The ensuing decline has found intraday support above Monday's low (2075), only reaching 2077.50 before staging a rebound into the 2080 handle.
