Live cattle little lower

Live cattle futures are trading a little lower just after the open for trading on Friday. October Live Cattle is trading at 141.05, down 0.55 and December Cattle is trading at 143.27, down 0,.60. Market chatter about positioning ahead of the long weekend is making the rounds. Livestock futures are closed Monday for the Labor Day Holiday and will reopen Tuesday morning.
