Cotton futures are trading steady to little lower Friday morning. December Cotton is trading at 61.58, down 0.21 and March Cotton is trading at 61.64, down 0.24. Market chatter about weather and positioning ahead of the USDA supply and demand reports on Wednesday is making the rounds.
