Corn futures are trading a little higher Friday after Thursday choppy trading session. September Corn is trading at 376, up 2 3/4 cents and December Corn is trading at 386 1/4, up 2 1/2 cents.

Market talk about U.S. weather and overall global corn supplies has kept both buyers and sellers active. Market talk that crop conditions in the U.S. are better in the north, getting a little worse in the southeast and are stable in the central Midwest is making the rounds.

On Thursday the USDA reported that weekly corn export sales were 808,200 tons. The International Grains Council (IGC) has adjusted global corn production up to 966 million tons an increase by 3 million tons from a month ago. The Council has improved its corn production outlook for China.
