EUR/USD is trading at 1.0933, down 0.0054. The pair is trading choppy. July manufacturing PMI for France came out at 49.6 versus 50.7 in June. France's services PMI was 52 versus 54.1 and the composite PMI was 51.5 versus 53.3. Germany's July manufacturing PMI came out at 53.4 versus 53.7 in June. The services PMI was 51.5 versus 51.9 and the composite was 53.7 versus 53.8. The euro area July manufacturing PMI came out at 52.2 versus 52.5 in June. The services PMI was 53.7 versus 54.2 and the composite was 53.7 versus 54.2. Market chatter about U.S. data due out this morning is making the rounds.
