Lean Hogs little lower

Lean hog futures are trading a little lower Thursday morning. August Lean Hogs are trading at 78.07, down 0.45 and October Hogs are trading at 65.12, down 0.27. Trading is choppy . December Hogs are trading at 62.05, down 0.32. Some chatter about producer selling just above current levels is making the rounds. The USDA reported that Pork in the freezers at the end of June was 632.3 million pounds, up 18% versus a year ago. Market chatter about abundant supplies of Hams is making the rounds.
