U.S. Dollar Index Little Changed

The September U.S. Dollar Index is trading at 96.77, down 0.02. Trading is expected to be choppy. Fed Chair Janet Yellen will testify today before the House Financial Services Committee. On Thursday, she will appear before the Senate Banking Committee. PPI for June, Core PPI for June, Empire Manufacturing for July, Industrial Production for June, Capacity Utilization for June, and the Fed's Beige Book for July are all due out on today.
