U.S. Dollar Index little changed

The September U.S. Dollar Index is trading at 96.52, up 0.05. Initial Jobless Claims came out up 15,000 to 297,000 and Continuing Claims were up 68,000 to 2.334 million. U.S. Dollar Index is trading rangebound during early U.S. forex trading on Thursday.
