Live Cattle Futures Up The Limit

Wednesday's USDA Cattle slaughter was 111,000 head versus a year ago at 117,000 head. Live Cattle futures erased all of Tuesday's losses and were up the daily limit of 3.00 points. August Live Cattle last traded at 151.07, up 3.00 and October Cattle last traded at 153.70, up 3.00. CME Livestock futures will be closing early on Thursday and will be closed on Friday in observance of the Independence Day Holiday.
