S&P 500 Index Futures Trading Higher

S&P 500 index futures are trading higher by two points at 2114.75. The index has traded higher for the entire premarket, after hours and regular session. However, it has not been able to breach the premarket (2120.50) or Monday's high (2122), so far in today's session, only reaching 2120.25. It should be noted that three of the index's top ten components are in the red. Apple Inc. AAPL shares are trading lower by $0.50 at $127.11, Microsoft MSFT shares are trading lower $0.44 at $44.79 and Exxon Mobil XOM shares are trading lower by $0.13 at $85.04. Leading the way on the upside is JP Morgan JPM shares which are trading higher by $0.53 at $69.49.
