Cocoa little changed

Cocoa futures are trading is steady to a little higher Friday morning after Thursdays' surge higher. September Cocoa is trading at 3295, up 5. Market talk about tight West African supplies and reduced production from Ghana is making the rounds. Some chatter about a few sellers near 3328 and buyers near 3261 is making the rounds.
