The September U.S. Dollar Index is trading at 95.42, up 0.39. Initial Jobless Claims came out at 279,000. Continuing Jobless Claims were 2.265 million. Retail Sales for May were up 1.2%, Retail Sales ex-autos for May were up 1% versus 0.1% on the previous report. Export Prices ex-agriculture for May were up 0.7% and Import Prices ex-oil for May essentially unchanged. The import prices including oil were up 1.3%.
