S&P 500 Index Futures Trading Lower In Volatile Trading

S&P 500 index futures are trading lower by eight points at 2113 in Thursday's session. After a substantial decline on Tuesday and snap-back rally on Wednesday, the index has been mostly lower in a choppy session. Off the open it found resistance ahead of the premarket high (2121.75) which coincided with Wednesday's close (2121), only reaching 2120.25. So far, it has continued to make new incremental lows, reaching 2110.50 on its latest dip. Most of the top ten components in the index are in the red. Leading the way on the downside is JP Morgan
JPM
which it trading lower by $0.72 at $65.75. Also, the index is being dragged down by Apple Inc.
AAPL
which is trading lower by $0.66 at $131.38.
