Corn Little Higher

Corn futures are trading a little higher Friday morning. July Corn is trading at 370 3/4, up 2 3/4 cents. December Corn is trading at 387 3/4, up 3 cents. Trading is a little firm during early trading. Market chatter about less acreage being planted than the USDA report showed this week has led to a little buying. On Thursday,. the USDA reported that weekly export sales for corn were 372,600 tons. New crop sales down over 20 percent from a year ago at this time.
