Lean Hog Sharply Lower

Wednesday's USDA hog slaughter was 428,000 head versus a year ago at 417,000 head. Lean Hog futures ended Wednesday's session trading sharply lower and near the lows of the day. June Hogs were trading at 75.85, down 1.75. August Lean Hogs were trading at 77.70, down 1.70.
