Sugar futures traded higher Thursday and settled the session firm extending gains from Wednesday. May Sugar settled at 12.72, up 0.42. July Sugar settled at 12.80, up 0.39. Coffee Futures moved higher after a steady open and traded with a wide range settled firm. May Coffee settled at 140.90, up 6.05. July Coffee Settled at 143.75, up 5.70. May Cocoa traded range-bound during a typical pre-holiday back and forth trading session. May Cocoa settled firm at 2768, up 20. Cotton futures traded on both sides of unchanged early on before moving higher. At last check May Cotton was trading at 63.65 ,up 1.07. May Orange Juice settled the session higher at 124.80, up 1.10. N.Y. Soft Commodity Markets are closed Friday for an exchange holiday.
