The euro is trading at 1.1434. Trading is very choppy and plenty of chatter about Greece and the ECB QE. Late in the U.S. session on Wednesday, the ECB announced that it was lifting its waiver on Greek bonds used as collateral as of February 11. Now political officials from various EU nations and finance ministers are all commenting on the Greece negotiations. This conversation is likely going to continue. Trading was very weak late in the U.S. session and has since firmed up from the lows at the close of the session and recovered all of the losses.
