Retailers typically remove frozen pork out of storage in the nations freezers this time of year to meet holiday retail demand. The USDA monthly Cold Storage Report will be released at 3:00 PM ET Monday Dec 22. The report is expected to show that as of November 30th frozen pork stocks in the nations freezers were 498.0 million pounds. The figure is 5 % less than October's month end inventory and 9% lower than last years data.
