IFO's Wohlrabe latest figures are an optimistic signal via ForexLive

• In case trend is confirmed in December,  it will have a positive effect on H1 2015 GDP
• Expects 2014 GDP around 1.4% due to main reason of upward revisions of Q1 & Q2
• Good business climate a positive reflection from lower euro and oil prices
• Russia, Ukraine crisis, and train drivers strike have no major impact on business climate
